Sector experience stretches over 35 years and covers all types and sizes of property from small offices and retail outlets through to highly sophisticated buildings such as Theatres, Stadia, Pool and Leisure facilities, high density offices, call centres and Universities. Within these properties PFS have dealt with most types of mechanical and electrical systems along with their associated methods of control and management.  We have worked with major PFI/PPP consortia developing ‘whole life’ solutions across the full contract term.

 

More recently pfsenergy have been involved with the specification, installation and ultimate operation of the emerging renewable technologies such as Solar Panels, Photovoltaic, Wind turbines, Biomass and Heat pump applications.

 

We have carried out reviews of existing Building Management Systems, predominantly Trend Controls, identifying areas for improvement in control capability and producing planned upgrade programmes to ensure secure replacement with added capability for energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.

 

Our independent status means PFS offer impartial advice on where re-investment should be made to meet both the current and future needs of the organisation.
